I'm suffering with long covid symptoms & at times find it difficult to do the simplest things without getting breathless & fatigued. The Doctors said it could take 10-12 weeks for me to feel any better. At present it's now 15 weeks & I'm fed up with feeling so helpless. I appreciate that many have died throughout this pandemic & still feel lucky to be alive. Take great care if your health & that of your family & friends as you may not notice anything untoward until it's too late!

I'd had covid 10 days prior to going into hospital. I was admitted with pneumonia & was only oxygenated for a few days. The nurses kept sayng to me "relax & just breath". It was not an experience I'd like to happen again. I was "lucky" as thousands upon thousands have died from this awful virus & I think thousands more will still be dieing this time next year. I worry that world war 3 is coming. We Humans need to do more to protect ourselves and our beautiful planet Earth. A nuclear war would devestate everything. I am 64 in May 2022 and hope to be alive for many more years. Please send out positive thoughts into the ether, I'm sure it could help destroy the negativity that surrounds us all. Take care,.
